2. Product Information & Handmade Variations

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Variations in color, design, weight, scent strength, and appearance are natural and part of the handmade process.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change products, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we may evaluate the issue and provide a resolution. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

6. Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable recipes and guides, are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, all sales are final. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.

7. Loyalty Program (The Bubble Club)

Participation in The Bubble Club is voluntary. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without notice.

8. Product Use & Disclaimer

All products are for external use only. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to use. We are not medical professionals, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
